Further Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the images.

Also featured in this new image drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

Visible on the plan is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a notes section identifying various sections of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.

Further documentation made public as part of the continuing oversight process.
